§ Mr. MulleyI explained the position fully in my reply to the hon. Members for Antrim, North (Mr. Henry Clark) and Sudbury and Woodbridge (Mr. Stainton) on 6th July. The technical difficulties with Vanguard aircraft are being overcome, but are not yet at an end. Meanwhile, the Corporation and I naturally regret the inconvenience they are causing.
