§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he is aware that the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation has just announced an increase in its interest rates from 7¾ per cent. to 8½ per cent. for new borrowers; and, as this is contrary to the Government's wages, prices and incomes policy, what action he proposes to take.
