§ Mr. LoughlinRequirements of this kind already apply to certain substances controlled under Part I of the Therapeutic Substances Act, 1956, and are normal good practice for substances of limited stability or requiring special storage. Powers in relation to these matters would be included in any medicines legislation but my right hon. Friend sees no need to apply them universally.
