§ Mr. Tom FraserThe following is a list of those new construction and major improvement schemes costing over £100,000 in Lancashire and Cheshire which had target starting dates between last August and next January and which have been deferred. The revised target starting dates are given. The deferment on account of the Government's temporary restriction on public expenditure is for six months only.
