§ Mr. HoyWe have received certain representations from producers about the Egg Marketing Board's proposals to centralise the arrangements for accounting and make the payments at monthly intervals. As my right hon. Friend made clear in his statement to the House on 19th May, responsibility for this and other detailed arrangements for operating the new contract marketing scheme for eggs lies with the Board, but I understand the Board is at present considering the various views that have been put forward.
