§ 61. Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for an explanation of the procedure for calculating capital gains to be sent to all investment clubs.
§ Mr. MacDermotI understand that the National Association of Investment Clubs intend to send to their members a circular explaining the details of what is proposed. Full details of the scheme will also be sent to Inspectors of Taxes who will extend the benefits of it to any non-affiliated club which applies for them.
§ 62. Mr. Geoffrey Lloydasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will call for a report from the Board of Inland Revenue on the difficulties experienced in calculating capital gains.
