§ Mr. CallaghanNo. Her Majesty's Government have assumed no additional responsibility for Southern Rhodesia. The servicing and redemption of all outstanding loans lawfully incurred by the legal Government of Southern Rhodesia, and its predecessors, remain the responsibility of that Government.
