§ THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES (LORD MITCHISON)An order will shortly be made under Section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1958 covering these committees. Its effect will be to provide for an appeal on a point of law from the committees to the High Court.
