§ Mr. MacCollRepresentatives of the Brighton Intercepting and Outfall Sewers Board are visiting towns where sewage is treated before being discharged to sea. The Board's intention is to find out what method of treatment would be appropriate to their Portobello outfall and my right hon. Friend is urging them to reach an early decision on this.
