§ Mr. CrossmanI have issued my decision on this order today. It raised issues which have recently come before the High Court in connection with another compulsory purchase order and I thought it right to await the Court's judgment in that case. In the light of that judgment I have decided that I cannot confirm the West Ham Order. I am writing to my hon. Friend about the case.
