§ Q10. Mr. E. L. Mallalieuasked the Prime Minister what steps are now being taken by Her Majesty's Government to implement the statement by the Commonwealth Prime Ministers in 1961 that an international authority should be created in association with the United Nations to control an adequately armed military force, established to prevent aggression and ensure that it is not used for any purpose inconsistent with the United Nations Charter.
