Brownasked the Minister of Transport following his inquiries into the Easter accident rate, what were the age groups of the drivers concerned in fatal and non-fatal accidents, respectively, during the period from Good Friday to Easter Monday, inclusive; how many accidents affected drivers in the age groups 17 to 25 years, 26 to 36 years, 37 to 50 years, and over 50 years; and what 35W significance can be derived from the civilian occupations of the drivers concerned in the accidents.
§ Mr. Tom FraserThe analysis of the provisional figures of fatal accidents over the Easter holiday period is not yet complete, but I hope to be able to make an announcement in the week preceding the Whitsuntide holiday.
