Friend the Minister of Transport consulted my right268W hon. and learned Friend about the increased maximum penalties proposed by the Railways Board in their private Bill now before Parliament and in revised byelaws which they intend to make under the Transport Act 1962. My right hon. and learned Friend is in agreement with the proposed increases.
