§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the President of the Board of Trade what arrangements have been made by his Department with regard to the administration for the replacement of Rhodesian tobacco imports; and what estimate has been made of the effect of so doing on the balance of payments, particularly with the United States of America.
§ Mr. RedheadI do not foresee any serious difficulty, balance of payments or otherwise, in replacing Rhodesian tobacco should it, unfortunately, ever become necessary to do so.
