§ Miss BaconSuitable prisoners in certain categories are at present allowed one period of home leave towards the end of their sentence; a copy of the current instruction is in the Library. My right hon. and learned Friend is considering the possibility of extending the scheme, but he is not at present in a position to make any announcement.
