§ 33. Mr. Bostonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what plans he has to alter the qualifications for jury service so as to increase the number of people eligible to serve, in the light of the recent Report of the Departmental Committee on Jury Service.
§ Miss BaconAs I said on 29th April in answer to a Question from my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester, North-West (Sir B. Janner), my right hon. and learned Friend is studying the Report carefully, but he is not yet in a position to make a statement about legislation.
