Osborneasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he is aware that rebellions of apprentices against the official policies of their unions are being fomented at certain universities, including those of Nottingham, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester, by the staff as well as the students; and if he will seek power to enable him to investigate and control such activities.
