§ Mr. Denis HowellThe proposals in the joint circular of August, 1964, on co-ordination and joint planning of facilities have been acted upon in a number of areas, but I am anxious to see a greater urgency throughout the country. The Sports Council is advising my right hon. Friend on further possible action.
