§ Mr. MacCollSo much construction work is at present in hand that persons with technical qualifications in building are bound to be in great demand. My right hon. Friend is not aware of a shortage confined to the local authority activities with which he is concerned, but if my hon. Friend has evidence he will be glad to see it.
