Taylorasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether, since five months have elapsed since representations were made to him on the subject of Civil Service pensions by the Public Service Pensioners Council and the staff side of the Civil Service National Whitley Council, he is yet in a position to open negotiations with these and other representative bodies on this matter.
