§ Mr. CousinsWork on the processing of fish into sausages and some similar products is being undertaken at the Torry Research Station, Aberdeen. The project is staffed by the British Food Manufacturing Industries Research Association and is being paid for by the White Fish Authority. The results are promising but are not yet ready for commercial application.
