§ 36. Mr. Iremongerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he will make a statement about the Ilford Central Area Development Plan, explaining the planning procedures involved.
§ Mr. MacCollProposals for redevelopment of Ilford's central area were contained in an amendment of the Essex Development Plan submitted to my right hon. Friend by the County Council on 11th March. A public local inquiry will be held into objections, after which he will decide whether the scheme should be approved or modified. The local planning authority responsible for these proposals after 1st April will be the Greater London Council.
