§ Mr. Warbeyasked the Minister of Labour to what extent his Department is participating in the arrangements for International Co-operation Year 1965 with special regard to the encouragement of racial tolerance in a world community setting.
§ Mr. ThorntonThe United Kingdom Executive Committee for International Co-operation Year, which is responsible for organising activities in connection with this Year, has not so far as I am aware asked for help from our Department, but we should certainly be glad to do whatever we can.
