§ Mr. PrenticeI am sure it is well understood that it is part of the responsibilities of all secondary schools to help their pupils to make suitable choices on careers in consultation with the Youth Employment Service. My right hon. Friend hopes shortly to issue a pamphlet giving some detailed guidance.
