§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe first meeting of the Welsh Economic Council will be held on 12th April when both my right hon. Friends the First Secretary of State and the Secretary of State for Wales hope to attend. It is proposed that the Council should discuss its terms of reference and proceed to a consideration of the problems in Wales which need its early attention, including proposals for Mid-Wales.
