§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will make a statement on his recent visit to Southern Rhodesia indicating its purpose, the persons, including Ministers and others, he interviewed, the constitutional and other problems discussed and the results achieved.
