§ Mr. Snowasked the Minister of Transport why there have been delays in authorising extensions of speed limits on the Hednesford Road, Rugeley, and the Bower Lane to Green Lane, Rugeley, in respect of which draft orders were submitted to the divisional road engineer in April, 1963, and 10th January, 1964, and in respect of which further particulars were sent as requested on 12th October, 1964 and 15th October, 1964 by the Staffordshire County Surveyor.
§ Mr. Tom FraserI regret that because of heavy pressure of work in the offices of my Divisional Road Engineer these two applications have not been dealt with before. They are now being urgently considered and I hope to be able to give decisions on them shortly.
