§ Mr. Barnettasked the Minister of Transport, in view of the representations made to him by Royton Urban District Council, whether he will now consider his decision to refuse the application to make an order prohibiting the traffic of vehicles at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on a section of Broadway, Royton, from a point 150 yards west of Oldham Road, A.627, south-westwards to the Chadderton urban district boundary, a distance of 1,067 yards or thereabouts.
