§ Mr. Ramsdenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give the number of people which his Department has in training in connection with valuation of works of art for the administration of the provisions of the Finance Bill, giving details of who is carrying out this training; what is the time at which those concerned are expected to complete it; and what will be the total extra cost to public funds.
