§ Sir F. SoskiceThis petition was presented to the House by the hon. Member for Hornchurch (Mr. Lagden) on 8th May. I am at present studying the recommendations of the Littlewood Committee for control of experiments on animals. Choice of experimental method is not a matter for which I have responsibility.
