§ Mr. CallaghanThe United Kingdom drawings from the International Monetary Fund in December, 1964, and May, 1965 (which totalled the equivalent of $1,000 million and $1,400 million respectively) each included Spanish pesetas to the value of $40 million. The Fund followed its normal policies and practices in arriving at the currencies to be used in both drawings.
