§ The Prime MinisterAgendas for meetings of Commonwealth Prime Ministers are confidential. It is, of course, the practice to keep our Commonwealth partners informed of all proposals affecting Commonwealth trade. I have repeatedly made it clear that the safeguarding of essential British and Commonwealth interests is, under this Government, fundamental to our policy.
