§ Mr. Tom FraserI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer I gave to an earlier Question today by the hon. Member for Basingstoke (Mr. Mitchell) about the results of the local enquiries and experiments in England and Wales. Transport questions in the Highlands and Islands are also specifically considered by the Highland Transport Board.
