Mr. Ted Fletcherasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will institute an inquiry into the case of Mr. Derrick Jackson, who was convicted at Darlington and sentenced to 12 months' imprisonment, in the light of the particulars which have been sent to him by the hon. Member for Darlington.
