§ Mr. George ThomasThe provision of uniform for the special constabulary is a matter for the police authority, but I understand that the chief constable has already included in the budget proposals for next financial year, which he will be submitting in due course to the police authority, provision for the issue of open-necked jackets to all active members of the special constabulary.
