§ Mr. PadleyThe Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development replaced the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation in the autumn of 1961. I list below the net payments made by the United Kingdom towards the budgets of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and its predecessor during the last ten United Kingdom financial years:
