Osborneasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government why, after months of waiting for action to clear the car park dump in Wilton Road, Humberston, near Grimsby, complaints against which have been made to his Department since November, 1963, his recent undertaking has not yet been carried out; since the nuisance to the local residents has subsequently increased greatly, if he will now take action to clear this dump; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. MacCollI refer the hon. Member to the reply given on Tuesday, 6th April last. The local planning authority have since instituted proceedings against the failure to comply with the enforcement notice which I understand are due to come before the local magistrates' court.
