§ Mr. Carol Johnsonasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what communication he has received from the Yorkshire East Riding County Council about the reasons for that Council's failure to make progress with the Survey of Rights of Way; and whether he will now use his powers under Section 37 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 to expedite such survey.
§ Mr. CrossmanI wrote to the East Riding County Council about this on 15th April. I have only just received its reply, and have not yet had time to study it.
