Mr. Alan Williamsasked the Minister of Labour what proportion of disabled unemployed in Swansea, Wales and England, respectively, are widows, and what proportion are widows with children of school age or younger.
§ Mr. MarshInformation of this kind is not available for England and Wales. I have, however, had a special examination made of the records held at the Swansea Employment Exchange with the following result;
On 16th June, 1965 the number of registered disabled persons registered as unemployed was 283, of whom 23 were women. The latter included only one widow and she had no children.
