Speirasked the Minister of Aviation whether he will now arrange an exercise in a suitable locality to demonstrate 148W the effect of the sound barrier being broken; and if he will grant facilities for Members of Parliament and of representatives of local authority associations to attend the exercise.
§ Mr. StonehouseI am making arrangements for such a demonstration in the Easter Recess. I cannot say at the moment where it will take place but full particulars will be available in the Whips' Office by the end of March.
