asked the Minister of Transport (1) whether a decision has yet been taken concerning the exact position of the third pedestrian crossing on the A.20 in the Mailing district; and if it will be at or near the Bull at Larkfield or at the Addington crossroads;

(2) what steps he proposes to take to improve the pedestrian crossing on the A.20 at the new Hythe lane junction at Larkfield.
