Mr. Hector Hughesasked the President of the Board of Trade if he has yet decided who will conduct the inquiry under the Merchant Shipping Act 1894 into the loss of the Aberdeen trawler "Blue Crusader"; when and where it will sit; and if he is aware that, as this is a matter of public interest, the inquiry should be held in public at the earliest moment.
