§ 35. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will introduce legislation to alter the Court Rules relevant to Scottish negligence cases, particularly running-down cases, so as to separate the question of liability from the question of the granting of damages for the loss, damage and injury caused by the negligence.
§ Mr. WillisMy right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate intends to consider in consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session what steps might suitably be taken to examine the various aspects of this matter.
