§ Mr. George ThomasThe numbers of convictions for drunkenness in England and Wales of persons under 21 years of age were 9,407 in 1962 and 9,241 in 1963; these numbers include 1,523 convictions in 1962 and 1,566 convictions in 1963 of persons under 18 years of age. I regret that the figures for 1964 are not yet available.
