asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food by what means he proposes to disseminate to farmers improved intelligence on cereals marketing.

The promotion of improved market intelligence is one of the main functions of the Home-Grown Cereals Authority for which provision is made in the Cereals Marketing Bill which is now before the House. It would be for the Authority itself to decide on the most effective methods of disseminating the information.
