§ Miss Jennie LeeThroughout last summer the Ministry's engineers kept a check on the conditions in these lifts and reported that ventilation was satisfactory. During this period no complaints were received. I have, however, found that one of the manned lifts lacks an attendant's seat; I am arranging for one to be provided.
