§ Mrs. CastleFor the first part of the Question I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave on 7th December to the hon. Member for Down, North (Mr. Currie). Financial aid promised for the future but not yet paid or used amounts to £10.5 million for Tanzania and £3.3 million for Ghana. The current level of technical assistance expenditure on these countries is indicated in the reply referred to above.
