§ 45. Mr. Stratton Millsasked the Postmaster-General whether his Department will now give employment as a postman to Mr. James Pelan of Belfast which was offered to him in writing by leter dated 31st August, 1965, and then subsequently withdrawn as it was alleged that the letter was mistakely sent by an inexperienced member of the Belfast Head Post Office staff.
