§ Mr. Joseph SlaterImprovements in the quality of television reception in particular localities are primarily for the broadcasting authorities. The B.B.C. and the I.T.A. have told me that reception in most of Berwickshire is satisfactory though there are pockets in the northeast of the county where it is poor. I have no doubt that in preparing their plans both authorities will remember the claims of these areas.
