§ Mr. Pounderasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance why the allowance of 7s. 6d. per week for each child of a 100 per cent. disabled Service man, and the allowance of 10s. per week for the wife of a 100 per cent. disabled Service man have remained unchanged since 1919; and what plans she has to bring these allowances into line with contemporary levels.
